The content of this course is similar to that of the on-site Shared Inquiry Essentials course, but the format is different. The first six hours of the course are taught in three live two-hour webinars. The remainder of the course is asynchronous and includes in-depth exploration of key activities and strategies and a choice of grade-level paths. This online module is entirely self-paced and takes about four hours to complete. Those who complete the three-day webinar and the online modules will be eligible for a Shared Inquiry Leader Badge and Certificate. Continuing education credit may also be available, subject to the approval of the governing institution.
