This one-year subscription gives you access to all teacher materials for Junior Great Books^® Series 1 through the new and improved Junior Great Books Digital Classroom.

The series includes 12 outstanding, developmentally appropriate selections (nine stories, three poems), full-color illustrations, guidelines for discussion, and activities that encourage students to record their thinking through drawing, dictation, and writing. Materials are presented to students in three easy-to-manage volumes. 

The Teacher’s Edition contains all these materials in one larger volume, plus:

• Annotated Student Book pages with complete selections
• Step-by-step instructions for each unit with helpful tips and differentiation options
• Vocabulary activities
• Family engagement activities

In Junior Great Books Digital Classroom, teachers can: 

• Receive notes submitted by students, enabling them to track questions students pose as they read. This private communication enables one-on-one support and helps ensure comprehension of the text.
• Play professionally recorded audio of the selections 
• See glossary definitions, which appear alonside the text, of potentially unfamiliar words
• View student analytics on student progress and time spent within the platform 
• Work with both digital texts and print books seamlessly because both formats match page-by-page
