Returns

Customers must call 800·222·5870 for return authorization. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, along with the original order number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns by schools and bookstores must be authorized within 90 days of customer receipt. All other returns must be authorized within 30 days. Materials to be returned must be unopened and in resalable condition. A $3.00 restocking fee will be charged for each item returned.

We understand that customers may occasionally seek refunds for The Junior Great Books Digital Classroom due to various reasons. Given the nature of digital products, once a license is activated, it cannot be returned to the Great Books Foundation. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds for activated licenses.

If you encounter any technical difficulties related to your digital classroom order, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. We are here to assist you with any technical issues you might face during the registration process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring your enjoyment of the Junior Great Books Digital Classroom.

 Changes

Changes to existing orders, including delivery or billing address changes, are subject to a $5.00 fee.

Shipping

UPS Ground: Shipping charges are 8.5% on material list prices, minimum $5.50 per order.

Please allow seven to ten business days for delivery of orders shipped UPS Ground. UPS requires a street address for delivery; no P.O. Boxes, please. Shipping charges noted here apply to orders within the United States.

Customers outside the United States must email customer service at customer.service@greatbooks.org or call 312·332·5870 to place their orders. 

All orders to APO or FPO addresses are sent via US Postal Service Military Mail at the standard shipping charge.
