Returns

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at 800.222.5870 or send an email to customer.service@greatbooks.org. If you need to return any print materials, you must first obtain a return authorization. Please make sure to include the return authorization number and the original order number when returning the items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Schools have 90 days from the customer receipt to request authorization for returns, while all other returns must be authorized within 30 days. Please note that there is a restocking fee of $3.00 per item for all returns. To receive a credit for the materials, minus any restocking fees and original shipping costs, please ensure that the merchandise is returned in resalable condition. Remember to clearly label the outside of the package with your return authorization number (RA-0####) and include a copy of the RA inside the box. 

Review of Orders Policy: Please review your orders within 30 days of receipt. Regrettably, we are unable to address reports of delivery errors after this timeframe.

For your convenience, we recommend using UPS or Fed Ex to ship the materials, as you can easily track the shipment to our warehouse. It is important to securely pack the materials in the carton to prevent any damage during transit, as damaged materials will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned items in our warehouse, please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be processed. Sharing the tracking number for your return can help expedite the process. Please note that return authorization numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

We understand that customers may occasionally seek refunds for The Junior Great Books Digital Classroom due to various reasons. Given the nature of digital products, once a license is activated, it cannot be returned to the Great Books Foundation. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds for activated licenses.

Changes

Changes to existing orders, including delivery or billing address changes, are subject to a $5.00 fee.

Shipping

UPS Ground: Shipping charges are 8.5% on material list prices, minimum $5.50 per order.

Canada:  Shipping charges are 30% on materials list prices, minimum of $25 per order.

Please allow seven to ten business days for delivery of orders shipped UPS Ground. UPS requires a street address for delivery; no P.O. Boxes, please. Shipping charges noted here apply to orders within the United States.

All orders to APO or FPO addresses are sent via US Postal Service Military Mail at the standard shipping charge.
